We offer refunds under the following terms:

1 – You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days if the license you received is unusable. Please get in touch with our support team first — we will verify that the issue is caused by the license itself (and not by incorrect installation, incompatible systems, or malware issues).

2 – If you did not receive your license key at all, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

3 – If your license key stops working after successful activation, you are eligible for a refund within one year.

4 – If the license was successfully delivered, activated, and working, it will be considered used, and refunds are not applicable in such cases.

To request a refund, please email us at Support@fastestkey.com. We usually process refund requests within 7 business days.

FastestKey.com reserves the right to verify the product key activation history before issuing any refund. If our system confirms that the product key was successfully used as promised, we may decline the refund request.
